How much does shipping cost?
Evri £3.95 - £9.28 Next Day UK (Not guaranteed)
Evri from £6.95 - £15.95 International
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use Evri as our main delivery providers
Where do you deliver?
We offer international shipping on orders over £20.00
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs so please take this into consideration when ordering from overseas.
Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 5 working days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our studio within 3-4 working days on the next business day. No orders are processed on a Sunday. If you need your order sooner please get in touch!
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change a delivery address this can be done by contacting us by email at delilahandewe@outlook.com within 2 hours of your order being placed.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent on shipping.
Refunds & Cancellations
I'm not happy with my item, can I return my product?
Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving so we can help. We will accept refunds or exchanges on orders which are damaged, lost in the post or have any mistakes. Exchanges will be made upon receipt of the original item in a suitable condition. Subject to availability.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days. We are happy to cancel the order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled so please make sure you have put your personalisation details in correctly when ordering
